Who is responsible

Node Nest Digital Limited, Nairobi, Kenya, operates PrintFiles and is the data controller under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. Write to us from the contact page about anything to do with your data.

Your files never leave your computer

Every tool runs in your browser. The PDFs you open are processed on your device and are not uploaded to PrintFiles.

What we store

• Your email address, name, country and, for Kenyan customers, the KRA PIN you give us for invoices.
• Sign-in sessions: a device identifier, browser name, IP address and time, so one account works on one computer at a time.
• Subscriptions, payments and invoices, including references from Paystack, Safaricom M-Pesa and KRA eTIMS through DigiTax.
• Which tools you open, counted per day, to see what is used.

Who else processes data

Resend delivers sign-in codes and invoices by email. Paystack processes card payments. Safaricom processes M-Pesa payments. DigiTax submits Kenyan invoices to KRA eTIMS. Each receives only what its service needs.

Your rights

Ask us to export or delete your account at any time from the contact page. Invoices are kept as long as tax law requires.
