Who we are

PrintFiles is operated by Node Nest Digital Limited, a company registered in Kenya and based in Nairobi (“we”, “us”). These terms are the agreement between you and Node Nest Digital Limited for the use of printfiles.app and its tools.

The licence

A subscription lets one account use PrintFiles on one computer at a time. Signing in on another computer signs the first one out. Sharing an account, reselling access or reverse-engineering the service is not allowed. Shops that need more seats can ask for more devices on the account.

Payment

Plans are monthly or yearly. In Kenya they are charged in Kenyan shillings by M-Pesa or by card; elsewhere in US dollars by card. Cards are processed by Paystack and M-Pesa by Safaricom; we never see your card number. Access runs to the end of the paid period. Prices include VAT where it applies; Kenyan invoices are issued through KRA eTIMS.

Your files and your output

Your files stay on your computer and remain yours. Check every output before a production run: PrintFiles plans and renders faithfully, but the operator confirms sheets, marks and die-lines against the job.

Suspension

We may pause an account used against these terms or for unpaid invoices, and will say why.

Liability

PrintFiles is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the previous three months.
