PrintFiles subscriptions are sold by Node Nest Digital Limited, Nairobi, Kenya. Refunds go back to the card or M-Pesa number that paid.

• Try everything free first; the trial needs no card.
• If the service is down for more than a day in a month you paid for, write to us and we extend the period or refund that month.
• Charged twice by mistake? Tell us and the duplicate is refunded to the same card or M-Pesa number.
• Cancellations stop the next charge; the current period is not refunded.
